How does the Free plan work?
When you sign up, you automatically start on the Free plan with 50 messages/month, 1 product, and 3 team members. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime from your billing settings.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?
